Narusawa Shinya (なるさわしんや, April 15, 1965 -) is a Japanese astronomer. Doctor (science)。 A member of Hyogo Prefectural College Environmental Res. and Technology Inst. astronomy science center (west はりま astronomical observatory) astronomy science specialty. A specialty is astrophysics. It is one of a little SETI researchers in Japan. Each project reader of national simultaneous SETI observation and the world joint SETI observation.

Origin, person

It is created to Tomi-shi, Nagano (former north Mimaki-mura) [¹] and graduates from Fukushima University Department of Education and completes Fukushima University graduate school pedagogy graduate course. Ed.M. I studied under Yasuhisa Nakamura [²]. Ed.M. I acquire a doctor (science) with a curator later.

I act as a teacher in Ishinomaki, Miyagi girls' high school, Iino River Senior High School 13 beach school.

West はりま astronomical observatory duty

West はりま astronomical observatory duty Hyogo more Prefectural than 1995. I also divide the photometry of the eclipse binary and observe it mainly.

I perform first OSETI (optical intellectual living entity exploration out of the earth) in Japan from 2005. ^[3]

I host the largest SETI meeting for the study at west はりま astronomical observatory in the country for three or four days in November, 2007. ^[4][⁵] [⁶]

I acted as the simultaneous project leaders of the SETI campaign observation "sasanqua plan" of the whole country in 2009. ^[7][⁸] [⁹] [¹⁰]

As a project manager of "the Dorothy plan" of the 50th anniversary of the オズマ plan in 2010, I realized the joint SETI observation by the research organization of 15 countries of the world. ^[11][¹²] [¹³]

It is the astronomy study chief of a subsection and the chief scientist until March, 2012. From April, 2012 a member of Hyogo Prefectural College Environmental Res. and Technology Inst. astronomy science center astronomy science specialty.
