Distribution

Form

12.5-18cm in length (male 14-16.9cm, female 12.5-18.1cm). A female becomes larger than a male. The color of the body is red and brown, and a lateral stripe of the dark color is in the back. A black spot enters from the rostrum edge to the both sides of the head part.

The breeding form is oviparous. I dig the hole in the ground of the waterside and I wrap the egg approximately 1,000 in a bubble in once and give birth.
