The main country path where the Mt. Saitama prefectural road 39 Kawagoe Moro, Sakado flight (39 ごうかわごえさかどもろやません which how about which does not lose which I tore) binds Moroyama-machi, Iruma-gun together via Tsurugashima-shi, Sakado-shi from Kawagoe-shi, Saitama. - A bypass (one side 1 traffic lane) binding Zennouji, Sakado-shi together in form to avoid a narrow-mindedness road of the grade crossing with the Tobu going up to Tokyo line and the neighborhood of Sakado Station via slope Tonyuu Western Division from the Fujimi district (Fujimi, Tsurugashima-shi) of Musashi Ryokuentoshi is inaugurated. In this bypass, a plane intersects National highway No. 407. The sections from Fujimi to Gomigaya were inaugurated on June 1, 2011.
- As a bypass relieving overlap section with Saitama prefectural road 114 Kawagoe Ogose Line, sections from Kawakado, Moroyama-machi to Nagase are planned.
