Mark ヤコフレヴィチ Weill (Roman letters: Mark Yakovlevich Weil, Uzbek: for Mark Vayl /МаркВайл, Russian :МаркЯковлевичВайль, from January 25, 1952 to September 7, 2007) is a director from Uzbekistan Tashkent and is the founder of the イルホム Theater in Tashkent. His parents were Jews of Ukraine ancestry and emigrated to Uzbekistan in the 1930s. His father was a soldier, and mother graduated from a drama research institute of Kiev.
His last direction work was オレステイア of the Greek tragedy. He was killed on the day when a performance begins before this drama, but actors will stand on the stage for performance [1]. He was stabbed to death in the lobby of the entrance of the division where there was the home. I was reportedly stabbed in the abdomen after he was attacked by a man of group of 2, and the head was hit with a bottle. The criminal escaped after killing.
His death will be taken up as a documentary in program Crossing Continents of BBC radio 4 () in April, 2008 [1].
