Margaret of Navarre (Marguerite de Navarre, from April 11, 1492 to December 21, 1549) is a queen of the ナバラ king Enrique second. I am known as a protector of literary arts of the France Renaissance period, and oneself is a writer leaving works represented by "Heptameron", too. It is an older sister of the French King Francois first.
I may be called Marguerite ダングレーム (Marguerite d'Angoulême), Marguerite dollar rhein (Marguerite d'Orléans), Marguerite de France (Marguerite de France), Marguerite de Valois (Marguerite de Valois) (about these, plural people called in the same way exist including daughter Marguerite of Henry II).

Life
As a daughter of daughter Louise of Angouleme 伯 Charles d'Orleans (equal to the nephew of Lord of Orleans Charles d'Orleans known as a poet) and the Lord of サヴォイア フィリッポ second, I was born in Angouleme. In 1496, I lost father Charles at the age of 3 years old.
In 1509, I did the first marriage with the Lord of Alencon Charles fourth that was demise incarnation next to younger brother Francois (Angouleme 伯). The child was not born among two people, and the Charles fourth died young in 1525, and the Alencon house died out.
In 1527 two years after the bereavement with the exhusband, I married again with the ナバラ king Enrique second (Al blurring 伯 Henri, Henri dull blurring). Between the second husband, I became ナバラ Queen later and gained Jeanne d'Albert (from 1528 to 1572) who became mother of Henry IV more (I gave birth to 1 man elsewhere, but died young). Marguerite died prior to the second husband in Aude (the Hautes-Pyrenees prefecture as of Odos,) in 1549.
Marguerite is known by the favorable posture and Kaimei nature that I showed in the first wave of the Reformation. She the Imperial Court of ナバラ of the scholar of humanism was based. Because Marguerite had an understanding for literary arts, the person who put a dedicatory letter to Marguerite in the book like Rablais was seen in a writer at the time.
Literary work
Marguerite writes a work by oneself. Pierre ボエスチュオー became the first editor of her novel.

- The poem "mirror of the sinful soul" (1531). When I was reprinted in 1533, this was attacked by Sorbonne and caused interference of the Francois first. As for this book, it is carved a seal evangelism thought to found a way of the relief by faith and charity. Many other poems accompany this book, too. Marguerite exchanges it with a religious text, and the poetry of the esprit using the poetic structure of the secular song is included in them, too.

- "Heptameron" (7th story) (1542 -). Marguerite began writing of "Heptameron" in 1542. This assumed "Decameron" of Boccaccio whom the French reason was given to after 1414 a model. But I am stopped by death of Marguerite of 1549, and this work attracts only the novels of 72 parts developed for seven days. Those novels are recited inside the frame of a story in the same way as "Decameron". While ten travelers stranded by a heavy storm gather in the monastery with this work and let a storm go past, I listen to the true story in various records. The success of this work depends on seeing talking in particular, and having done a place clogged up. Because all novels are because comment by the audience is sent.
