A Kiyokazu University junior college part (せいわだいがくたんきだいがくぶ, English: Seiwa Junior College) is a Japanese private university establishing the headquarters at 3-4-2, Higashioda, Kisarazu-shi, Chiba. It was installed in 1967. The abbreviated designation of the university is Kiyokazu junior college. The reading of is the same as the Seiwa College junior college part which was in Hyogo (せいわだいがくたんきだいがくぶ, existing Saint sum junior college), but is real another line.

- It was installed in 1967 by educational foundation Kimitsu school. Originally it was a girl junior college, but was become coeducation. It is 1 subject 2 specialty and small scale.
