Judicial review

The court examines whether the act of the engine adapts to a constitution that the judicial review (しほうしんさ, English: Judicial Review) prevents what is violated by a state organ and guarantees a constitution and is a legal system to declare it in the case of a violation of the constitution if invalid. ^[1]
