The town where Iwamurada-cho (いわむらだまち [2]) was ever in Kitasaku-gun, Nagano. It developed as post town (Iwamura Tajuku) of Osamu Nakayama, Jinnyacho (Iwamurada encampment) of the Iwamurada feudal clan in the Edo era. I become extinct by a great merger of the Showa. It proves right around northern center of current Saku-shi, Hokuriku Shinkansen, Sakudaira Station.

- It is started (1889) with an area of Iwamurada-cho, Nagatoro-mura, Sarukubo-mura on April 1 in 1889 by the enforcement of - municipality organization.
- It merges with - flat root village, Takase-mura, lieutenant colonel capital village (1954) on December 10 in 1954, and Sengencho starts. The same day Iwamurada-cho abolition.
