Hotoku country
The puppet government where 冊封 did Kokuryo holdover nominally in the Hotoku country (one advantageous body) because Silla was opposed to Tang after Kudara, Kokuryo died out in the late seventh century. The Kokuryo holdover group which raised 安勝 done with a bastard or the nephew of the terminal influential vassal deep water lid resurrection sentence of the treasury King who was the last King of Kokuryo under such situation for 670 years took refuge in Silla. Therefore King Fumitake of Silla treated them as guarding the Imperial Family and let Kokuryo holdover group live in the Konma beach (current Jeollabuk-do Masuyama city Konma side) which was a domain of old Kudara. Furthermore, 冊封 did 安勝 to King of Kokuryo on August 1, 670 [1] and enfeoffed it as king Hotoku in September, 674 [2].

A younger sister of King Fumitake got married to a subject in 安勝 of the king Hotoku for 680 years, and 安勝 was given a gold family name same as Silla King with the office and rank of the resurrection size (another name for Kyoto rank third class official 迊飡) more for 683 years and was moved to castle town Kinjo (Gyeongju City).
However, when it was November, 684, the big design of the general of the whole families of 安勝 caused a revolt at Konma beach and had an event that Kokuryo former people became the group and killed a public employee of Silla, and to turn around. A personal contract king dispatched the military and suppressed revolts and decided to let the inhabitants of this ground emigrate south. It was not clear, but the name of Hotoku country, the Hotoku King did not appear afterwards what kind of treatment there was for 安勝.
