History
- Kanonji-mura, Sekiyama-mura, Oe Nitta, Nawa Nitta merge with - municipality organization enforcement on April 1, 1889, and Kitamurayama-gun Takasaki village is formed.
- It merges with - Higashine-cho, Togo-mura, large Tobimura, Nagatoro-mura, Oda Shimamura on August 1, 1954 and becomes the Higashine-cho.
