Emilia-Romagna Faenza birth. I study under a martini father by composition.

I am invited in 1753 by the Danish king Frederick fifth and became Imperial Court master of court music, but return home in 1765.

After having been active in Italy, London, Venice, Milan, Vienna, I was invited by the エカチェリーナ second and became Imperial Court master of court music of St. Petersburg from 1785 through 1801. Meanwhile, the collaboration opera "first reign of オレグ" with the script of the empress composes Te Deum.

I die in Berlin in the next year when I left Russia.

Influence

""Come un'agnello" became famous like a lamb" an aria of the opera "gaining the third party's profit" of Sarti by having affected Mozart. In opera "Don Giovanni," it is quoted in the second curtain. In addition, Mozart leaves the variation (K.460(454a)) for pianos by the music (the details refer to this). When I dropped in at Vienna before Sarti visits Russia in 1784, this music is played in front of Sarti, and Mozart talks in a letter to father Leopold when Sarti was pleased very much [1].
