The prefecture where the clear stream prefecture (せいりゅうけん) is located in People's Republic of China Fujian Sanmei City.

History

A clear stream prefecture is established in (元符元年) in 1098. It is abolished once in (紹定元年) in 1228 and it was admitted, but it is installed again for (solstice former eight years) in 1271 and reaches the Ninghua prefecture at the present.
