Chikao Mori

Chikao Mori (もりちかお, from March 31, 1911 to January 23, 2001) is a Japanese bureaucrat, businessman. Former Ministry of International Trade and Industry light industries chief of the bureau. Former Japan Petroleum Development Corp.'s president.

Origin, person

I am from Mitoyo-gun, Kagawa Joban village (existing Nagareokacho, Kanonji-shi). Via old system Kagawa Tatsumi Toyonaka school, an old system sixth high school, Tokyo Imperial University law department British law is a graduate.

I retire from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (1959) in 1959. I act as advisor at NEC, Japanese アビオトロニクス managing director, Kyodo Oil's president [⁴]. I take office as the Japan Petroleum Development Corp. third charges president (1974) in 1974 [⁵]. Off the Agano River river mouth of Niigata, I developed the large-scale continental shelf oil, gas field [⁶]. In addition, I visit Prime Minister Ohira in the Prime Minister's Official Residence and discuss it about energy policy [⁷].
