Boston ice
The Boston ice (ぼすとんこおり) is a brand of the natural ice exported from Boston, the United States. A brand includes "the ice of the ウェナム lake" ( ).
It is about 1805 in American Frederick テューダー () that I launched 採氷 of the natural ice, storehouse ice, sale business for the first time in the world. This nature ice was exported to the world from the Boston Port, the United States and was unloaded in Yokohama Port in Japan.
Because it was import goods, and with a high price and fusion rate was high, production of the nature ice began in the country and the ice which an ice making company of Kahee Nakagawa gathered in Hakodate, Goryokaku Fort transported it to Yokohama and was sold. [1]
