秦汾 (しんふん) is a school teacher, a politician, a businessman, a mathematician, an astronomer of the Republic of China (Taiwan). As for the character, a view is positive.
事績
After having graduated from 省立天津北洋大学, I studied in the United States and acquired a master degree in Harvard University. I studied in U.K., Germany and returned home afterwards for (宣統 two years) in 1910. When Shingai Revolution broke out in the next year, the member of the revolution group increased 秦汾, too and became a prefecture staff officer for annual function of the Edo shogunate military administration.
I advanced to the educational front after the Republic of China founding of a country and successively held the principal in the upper Uminoura east, the Nanjing Konan high house for the learning school affairs head, Prince public Shanghai South Seas house for the learning professor, Beijing, Kunitachi university professor. I hold an additional post of an Education Department councillor (name of an era in the Republic of China nine years) in the Beijing government in February in 1920 and am promoted to 同部専門教育司司長 in April. I was recommended to the committee committee for (name of an era in the Republic of China 14 years), northeastern culture business Shanghai in 1925. I am appointed in 1926 by (name of an era in the Republic of China 15 years), the Chinese education fund Committee committee and hold an additional post of the acting director Beijing Univ. theory academy acting Vice-Director at Education Department more in December of the year.
秦汾 turned in Nationalist China from (name of an era in the Republic of China 17 years) in 1928, and I was appointed by 教育部普通教育司司長. I move to the financial part that it is a brother by a different mother really with the previous career (name of an era in the Republic of China 19 years) in February in 1930, and Hata with favor of Soong Tse-ven is appointed as 同部会計司司長 afterwards. 秦汾 wrestled with a business department in the assumption of office, the economic policy drafting under the war regime to the part state affairs vice-chief for the simplification of the government office (name of an era in the Republic of China 27 years) in January 1938 after the Japan-China War (anti-Japanese movement war) outbreak when 農鉱部 merged, and an economic part was established newly. I become a Managing Director at Executive Yuan supply of water Committee committee (name of an era in the Republic of China 30 years) in September in 1941. I acted as Executive Yuan compensation Committee deputy chief committee (name of an era in the Republic of China 36 years) in December in postwar 1947. At first I flee into Hong Kong after a country cocivil war and move to Taiwan for (name of an era in the Republic of China 40 years) in 1951. In Taiwan, I ran companies such as Chinese spinning Koji, Chinese building Koji.
I die of illness in (name of an era in the Republic of China 62), Taiwan in 1973. Age at death 92. To mathematics, astronomy have a profound knowledge, and, "triangle studies," "a new junior high school algebra textbook" leaves books such as "天文学之算術".
