The well-established restaurant where 玄冶店濱田家 (げんやだなはまだや) sets up the head office in Nihonbashiningyocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The owner is 三田芳裕. The predecessors in the family line is ex-President Masakichi Mita of Meijiza.

Summary

The name of "the Hama country house" begins in geisha brothel "Hama country house" of known Yoshicho (around current Ningyocho) as an entertainment district [¹]. 芸者貞奴 of "the Hama country house" was the geisha that it was number one in Japan both in name and in reality who was considered to be favor from a famous veteran statesman including Prime Minister Hirobumi Ito of time [¹]. She will be known as first Japanese actress, Sadayakko Kawakami later [¹]. "The Hama country house" as the brothel closed a shop at the end of the Meiji era [¹]. When Gosaburo Mita ran business in (1912) in 1912, restaurant "Hama country house" was born by having taken over the name of "the Hama country house" from 貞奴 [¹].

First Gosaburo Mita is from Fukui. "A Fuki tower of Yokohama," it is trained in Iidabashi "Fujimi tower". A chef de cuisine is accompanied as a successor of 名人渋谷利紀太郎 in the storehouse "fortune observation tower" of the arrow.

I let a cook of Kansai from (1932) in 1932, and current chef de cuisine Nanun Waichi is a cook of Kansai, too. I act as the instructor of the Japanese food meeting for the study and belong to the old sign society to be composed of Kansai cook.

In addition, the place name [¹] which comes from doctor for a feudal lord, Gennya Okamoto of the Tokugawas with "玄冶店." 玄冶 lets this recover completely wonderfully in the occasion when 3s family to inherit the shogunate light suffered from disease of smallpox and is said to have raised the name at a bound [¹]. 玄冶 built a rented house on the land which I received from the Shogunate, and the whole area came to be called "玄冶店" because I lent it to the common people [¹]. I am known as the stage of Yosaburo and "与話情浮名横櫛" (よわなさけうきなのよこぐし) which is famous for wealth.

• I am chosen as one of eight first mon of three stars in the Michelin Guide Tokyo version (2007) in 2007, and it is in a first mon of three stars shop for a restaurant. (now two star.)
• Tokyo midtown store withdraws (2012) in 2013.

The sushi shop which was ever open in a royal park hotel of Nihonbashikakigaracho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo in an affiliated shop of the Hamadas. I closed a shop in about September, 2010.
