History

Station structure

The yard (February 18, 2007)

Home (September 18, 2005)

The station which has simple system home one 1 line on the right side towards the Chayacho area above the ground. For a line station, to Okayama area and the both sides to the Shikoku area arrive and depart in the same home. In addition, the padding construction of the home was accomplished (2008) by October in 2008.

There is not the station building in an unmanned station of the Okayama Station management and becomes the form to enter the direct home. The automatic ticket machine (I change the ride station certificate issuance machine to the model which can charge ICOCA in) more in (2007 in 2007) of the simple expression, a simple model automatic ticket gate are installed a ticket collection box in a waiting for place near an entrance. There is not the restroom. A use of ICOCA possibility station (the mutually available chip card refers to a clause of ICOCA).

Construction was pushed forward by completion a double track between our station and Kuguhara Station by Seto-ohashi rapid transit railway possession Co., Ltd. (2006) in 2006, but the mistake that I planned is discovered without including Environmental Impact Assessment, and the beginning to use of the section will be largely late for 2009 a double track (2009) with January 25. In addition, making it it becomes difficult the double track between Senoo Station and our station because there is the bridge of the Okayama prefectural road 21 Kojima, Okayama line in the Okayama of our station, and it is not considered a double track making it it. Double track section in itself became from Chayacho gathering exactly from our station, too, and our station came to remain a simple system home. In addition, a starting signal was established before and after the divergence of the double track section with this the hall, but this is a facility of Hayashima Station to the last, and, as for the Hayashima Station まではの double track part, the yard of the station is handled from the neighborhood of our station (in our station - Hayashima Station interval, it will not be included in a double track section when I obey this interpretation). Thus, passenger accommodations in itself of our station remains a state of the stop.
