The young man laws of education (せいねんがっこうれい, April 26, 1939 Imperial ordinance 254th) are laws about the setting of the technical training school for working youths educating for the work young people man and woman who engages in an occupation without advancing to the secondary education organization (old system junior high school, girls' high school, business school) after primary school (later a national elementary school elementary course) graduation by an old Imperial ordinance about the education of Japan.
