World woman meeting

The meeting where the world woman meeting (せかいじょせいかいぎ, World Conference on Women) is held with United Nations sponsorship for the purpose of the position improvement of the woman. I am called the international study verge woman meeting.

The first world woman meeting that featured the theme of "equality, development, peace" was held in Mexico, and women interested in violence and the sexual abuse for gender discrimination and the woman gathered from the world. It was held afterward every 5-10 years, and, as for the second, United Nations special general assembly "Women 2000 Conference" was held in New York, the United States in Copenhagen, the third Nairobi, the fourth Beijing, 2000. The ninth world woman meeting was held in Ewha Women's University of Seoul, Korea in 2005.
