Summary

I was established by a surge of the disaster prevention awareness that received typhoon 23rd (15 dead people in Kyoto) in 2004.

In Kyotango-shi, a cover [¹] does 79.9% except for each one copy of former Kumihama-cho and former Tangocho. In addition, I do the retransmission by the pass-through method (the same frequency) in the city cable TV network ACTV Kyotango station which I opened (2009) in December in 2009.

The broadcast time as of June, 2009 from 7:00 to 21:00 (an interval signal flows at 21:30 from 6:58 and 21:02 from 6:30). Broadcast accident

• A - communication disorder occurs on December 4, 2009. Because a trouble was caused by a thunderbolt accident of (0:12-JST) early in the morning to a communication line and communications equipment, I was changed to the notice broadcast by the interval signal. I restored at 17:30 and usually from 18:00 returned to broadcast on the same day.
• A communication disorder of -2 degrees eyes occurs on December 29, 2010. Because it was struck by lightning around Mineyamachonishiyama district in the early morning, and a disorder occurred to communications equipment, I was changed to notice broadcast daylong. I restored at 8:30 on December 30, the following day and usually from 9:00 returned to broadcast.
• A trouble occurs by a thunderbolt in the transmitting station at - 8:07 on December 31, 2010.
