Yamae Shokuhin Kogyo (やまえしょくひんこうぎょう) is a seasoning maker establishing the head office in Miyakonojo-shi, Miyazaki. In 1872, I deal with the production of various seasonings including the miso including "Takachiho-kyo Gorge soup" and "ヤマエ soy sauce" since the establishment of a business by Jiangxia Iwayoshi. I put head office function in Fukuoka-shi for 1:00 period. I am considered to be the core company of the food section of trading company "Yamae Hisano" establishing the head office in Fukuoka-shi, and "ヤマエ" which both companies use in a current company name comes from former company name "Jiangxia" of both sides.

• It is founded as the Jiangxia head office by founder, Jiangxia Iwayoshi in May, 1872.
• A December, 1950 corporation.
• It becomes the company name as of January, 1966.
• I move the head office to Fukuoka-shi in June, 1968.
• I establish ヤマエ sale Co., Ltd. in April, 1969.
• I put the head office in Miyakonojo-shi again in February, 1998.
