Tokyo - Numazu Line
The Tokyo - Numazu Line (Tokyo - ぬまづせん) is the express bus route that links Mishima-shi, Shizuoka, Numazu-shi to Tokyo. Because there are two places of departure and arrival places of the Tokyo side, our route is divided by 2 schools, too. I write down 2 systems in this clause in a lump.
In addition, you must purchase a ticket beforehand because it is all seat designation system with 2 systems.

There are a system arriving and departing in Shinjuku, Shibuya on Tokyo side and the system which assumes Tokyo Station origin-destination. All go by way of the Tomei Expressway.
