The outer space (うちゅうくうかん British: outer space) sets out for the space domain that does not belong to the earth and other heavenly bodies (containing each atmosphere). In addition, in the other affair, I include the heavenly bodies except the earth and point to the space domain that therefore opens outside than the atmosphere of the earth. In addition, I omit outer in English and often call it merely space[1] [2].
A thing called hydrogen (H) and helium (He) and interstellar matter called the gas between the star exists in the outer space of the narrow sense. Fixed stars are constructed by them.

Definition of the outer space
It is custom to refer a point more than 100km to outer space from the surface of the earth. I am careful, and the stipulated definition does not exist with each country to mean that it defines the upper limit of the air space to define the outer space in an international treaty either. In late years the use of the outer space increases rapidly, and a closer definition becomes the examination problem in the law subcommittee of use of United Nations outer space peace Committee (COPUOS).
I define 100km as outer space and a boundary line of the atmosphere in the Federation Aeronoutic International as Carman line from the ground [3].
