Osaka Onsengo

Osaka Onsengo (おさかおんせんごう) names three hot springs in the Gero-shi, Gifu Kosaka area (old country Hida country) generally (hot-spring village). I may call it Hidaosaka hot-spring village.

Hot-spring village summary

We have seventh stage, Yuya Onsen and Shitajima Onsen in west, Nigorigo Onsen of Mount Ontake downhill, and all are natural rich hot spring resorts along the valleys.

 

Nigorigo Onsen

It is the hot spring of the high place along with Manza Onsen, and Nigorigo Onsen is known as a hot spring of the Japanese best place to be able to arrive at by privately-owned car together in whole year. In addition, as Hida side starting point of a mountain climb (small Sakaguchi) of Mount Ontake, it is used to a mountaineer. Subalpine zone virgin forest surrounds the neighborhood.

There is content of the carbonic acid in the source of 7,909 mg [the ^{source required}], and Yuya Onsen is proud of the best content in Japan carbonate. It was used as spring water drinking for a long time saying that the effect for the stomach and intestines was high. There is the mineral spring rice porridge which I cooked in a hot spring.

It was said that the effect for the wound was high, and Shitajima Onsen was old, and it was a spa with a nickname of "wound hot water". It is nearby, and there is the first gate of Mount Ontake.

Mitake panorama line reaching to 巌立峡 and Nigorigo Onsen that are near Shitajima Onsen is a famous place of colored leaves and is chosen all as Hida, 33 selections of Mino colored leaves.
