• I establish it (1958) in 3 clinical departments in character Musashino in the Tazawakomachi, Senboku-gun life insurance as - Tazawakomachi National Health Insurance direct management hospital in May in 1958.
• I am renamed to Lake Tazawa municipality Lake Tazawa Hospital (1967) at some applications, the same time of - district public corporation act in April in 1967.
• 1971 (1971) in character Mizushiri in June - Tazawakomachi life insurance old newly; move, and is 4 clinical departments, 70 beds of bed capacities.
• I establish - clinical department dentistry (1973) in September in 1973.
• - dentistry isolates it (1975) as Tazawakomachi dental clinic in March in 1975.
