Levator scapulae muscle (けんこうきょきん) is muscle to tie cervical spine and shoulder blade to in splinter arm of dorsal muscle lines. I assume higher cervical spine transverse process arising and run towards a lower part shop and the outside and attach to shoulder blade medial margin.
I am able to pull shoulder blade to the upper part. For stiff shoulder by poor postures, I may feel discomfort and heaviness, a pain to this muscle.
