Knight shift

The knight shift (British: Knight shift) is a difference with the resonance frequency in the electric conductor and the resonance frequency in the insulator in a nuclear magnetic resonance. W. D. I was discovered by knight (English version).

The knight shift is explained by magnetic dipole interaction to act between electronic spins participating in nuclear spin and electrical conduction.
