Geography

It is located in the western part of Urasoe-shi. It is adjacent with west bank, small gulf, Nakanishi, inner interval, Aja, Naha-shi, Akebono, Naha-shi. I am next to Aja, Naha-shi across the cheap apology river and am bound together in National highway No. 58 cheap apology bridge and a cheap apology viaduct. I put a national theater, and rope and Okinawa Prefectural Naha technical high schools are located, and there are many companies about a factory and the industry in the outskirts.

History

As for the reading called "じっちゃく", "しりちゃく" which was Okinawa dialect ("e "→" i" of the vowel sound "k "→" ch" of the consonant) reading of "せりきゃく" made a voiced consonant a euphonical change. In Urasoe-shi, in the case of house indication enforcement of November 25, 1996, I assumed an official reading of "じっちゃく".
