The 15th world track and field championship series that the world track and field championship series (2015 ねんせかいりくじょうきょうぎせんしゅけんたいかい, English: 2015 World Championships in Athletics, Chinese: in 2015 country 际 field 联 world field diameter 锦标赛) were held in national palaestra of Beijing, China in 2015 in 2015. It was approved formally in the International Amateur Athletic Federation (IAAF) board of directors on November 20, 2010 [1]. Holding in Asia is the fourth time. In addition, it became the second time following a world youth championship for a meeting in Beijing hosted by IAAF for 2,006 years.
