On September 2, 2005, it merged with Asabucho, Kitauracho and became Namegata-shi.

- It merges with - Tega-mura, Tachibana village, Tamakawa-mura, existing Hara-mura (1955) on January 1 in 1955, and Tamatsukurimachi starts some other time.
- - National highway No. 355 (Sawara-shi - Ishioka-shi interval) is established (1975) on April 1 in 1975.
- - haze ヶ 浦大橋 is inaugurated (1987) on March 3 in 1987.
- - National highway No. 354 (Tatebayashi-shi - ocean village) is established (1993) on April 1 in 1993.
- It merges with - Kitauracho, Asabucho (2005) on September 2 in 2005, and Namegata-shi starts. The same day Tamatsukurimachi abolition.
