I found it as Kitahama sewing women's private school in (1913) in 1913. It becomes the Tachihama, Shizuoka name high school after the merger (Tachihama, Shizuoka name girls' high school) with Kitahama girls' high school and the Kasai girls' high school of (1947) (1948) in 1948 in 1947.
