"SWAN" (swan) is a comic of Kyoko Ariyoshi. It was published serially in "a weekly marguerite" from 1976 through 1981. のち, a sequel are published serially as "Maia まいあ -SWAN act II" (from 2005 to 2009), "SWAN Moscow edition" (from 2010 to 2013), "SWAN Germany" (2014 -) in "SWAN MAGAZINE" of Heibonsha Publishers Ltd. In addition, "prayer - of the SWAN - swan" was published serially in "a weekly marguerite" as a companion from 1982 through 1983.

Summary
It is a story of girl, Saint Masumi who had a chance to be a first-class ballerina in the hand from an unexpected thing. An actual ballerina and a male person of dancing, a lot of choreographers appear in a product and raise reality.
"Maia まいあ -SWAN act II-" is the sequel which I assumed daughter まいあを chief character of Saint Masumi. On the other hand, "SWAN Moscow edition" "SWAN Germany" is drawn as the later story of Saint Masumi and Leon.
Outline
15-year-old Saint Masumi went to Tokyo from Asahikawa of Hokkaido to watch the Japanese performance of Soviet person of dancing Aleksei Sergeyev and Mai-ya pre-Setsu Japanese nutmeg, but the ticket was already sold out. Masumi who wanted to see a performance by all means shakes off the hand of the guard and gets inside. Therefore I receive an impression to the swan of the Mai-ya pre-Setsu Japanese nutmeg and dance a part of Black Swan in front of her after a performance.
