Shinichiro Matsumura
Shinichiro Matsumura (Shinnichiro Matsumura, 1880 (1880) January 2 [1] -1963 year (1963) June 2 [2]) is Japanese agriculture and forestry bureaucrat, member of the House of Lords, member of the House of Councilors.

Career
I am from Kyoto. I graduate from (1906), Tokyo Imperial University law university at the top in 1906 and become Secretary to the agriculture commercial affairs genus and agriculture commercial affairs minister [1]. In the same year, I passed a higher civil service examination and held an additional post of a Patent Bureau examination official and an agriculture commercial affairs councillor [1]. Furthermore, I was promoted to the agriculture commercial affairs secretary and served as Secretary to minister [1]. I turned to (1910), Legislative Bureau councillor in 1910 and served as an administrative court rating official and took Legislative Bureau first director in (1918) in 1918. I came back to the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce and successively held a stock raising chief of the bureau, commercial affairs chief of the bureau, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry fisheries chief of the bureau, agriculture and forestry chief of the bureau and took office as agriculture and forestry vice-minister afterwards in (1929) in 1929. In addition, I attend at Washington meeting as a follower in (1921) in 1921 of the meantime [3].
It was done 勅選 in (1933) in 1933 after the retirement by a member of the House of Lords and acted as a Japanese race meeting secretary and the Japanese rice company chief director, Nihon Soko stocks company president, Chairperson fish distribution control association alliance [3].
I won the first member of the House of Councilors ordinary election after the war and acted as Chairperson others Japanese horse racing, Mayor of the whole country of association of agriculture mutual aid, Central Election Commission chairperson [2].
