Otsuki bypass

Otsuki bypass (I arrive and bypass it) is National highway No. 20 bypass under construction in Otsuki-shi, Yamanashi. It was planned for the purpose of the traffic jam cancellation around the Otsuki Bridge Higashizume intersection. I make a road newly along the foot of the Chrysanthemum flower mountains of marking the south Otsuki city.

A 1 mechanics ward from the starting point to National highway No. 139 led and was started construction in 1996, but sections (0.6km) from the municipal road Otsuki Station main street line equal to the western half of the 1 mechanic ward to National highway No. 139 were offered open temporarily in 2006 because there was non-purchase ground in a part. The sections (1.1km) from the starting point of the in-service late eastern half to the municipal road Otsuki Station main street line were offered open from the relations of the non-purchase place for a while in 2007 by a fixed form, and, in the 1 mechanic ward, the whole line was inaugurated. The 2 mechanic ward (1.5km) to the National highway No. 139 point of intersection - terminal (the neighborhood of Otsuki IC) constructs it in 2007 and starts construction and plans the opening to traffic of 2018.
