Masaomi Tsuda (つだまさおみ, Tenpo era 12 years (1841) - 1896 (1896) November) is a Japanese politician. The first Wakayama governor (from November 25, 1871 to January 25, 1872). The first name is Jiro Tachibana. The character is a relation aspect. The kana is an auditor. 号 is 香巌.
Life
I was born as (1841), the second son of the Kishu clansman (the mediator who is higher than the plain vassal of the hereditary stipend 300 stone) Tsuda divine grace for Tenpo era 12 years. It is a descendant of Kawachi country Kozu, Katano field lord of a castle, Masanori Kusunoki, and the Tsudas moves to the Kii country for last years in the Muromachi era and, as a resident from ancestor of a lord, the Yorinobu Tokugawa entry past, serves the Kishu feudal clan from generation to generation, and it is said that Masaomi hits a descendant of the 18th of Masashige Kusunoki. I obtain a heiress by transfer from sickly older brother, appearance in (1857) for Ansei four years. I was said to have asked Sessai Morita of the person of loyalty to the Emperor for the choice of the epitaph to build "小楠公髻塚碑" in (1870) in 1867 and was an owner of the imperialism thought [2].
I am appointed 徴士権弁事 by the affairs of a feudal clan reform of the Kishu feudal clan of (1868) in 1868 and become the Wakayama feudal clan size councillor knowledge (1871) in April in 1871. Because 知藩事, Mochitsugu Tokugawa was dismissed by establishment of prefectures in place of feudal domains of July of the year, an older brother was in charge of prefectural government of Wakayama as a great councillor. When the older brother was selected as 大蔵少輔 of the Meiji government on July 28, it was replaced, and Masaomi became the great councillor knowledge, and it was in 和歌山県大参事兼戊兵督 on September 14, and it was the top of the substantial prefecture [3].
I was appointed by a councillor of Wakayama that Wakayama, Tanabe prefecture, Shingu prefecture was abolished on November 25, the same year, and started and was promoted to 権令 soon, but it was (1872) in 依願免官 on January 25 in 1872, the following day.
I spent the later years that were comfortable retirement to enjoy poetry [4] naming 香巌 it and died (1896) afterwards in November in 1896. The age at death56。
