Life poor independence support law (せいかつこんきゅうしゃじりつしえんほう 2013 law 105th) is a law to plan reinforcement of the independence support at the stage of the protection breakaway before leading to welfare or [1].

Process of the law establishment

In 2012, the cause government of such a background installed "the special sectional meeting about the way of the life support of the life poor" in the social security council, and a report [2] was submitted in 2013, and this law that I supported for the life poor whom the welfare was not yet for for revision of the National Assistance Act in total in 2015 was established [3].

I carry out the entrance into a school of higher grade advice to learning support and the protector for the child of the life poverty home [13] and cut off the chain between generations of the poverty.
Authorized of the working training business
I provide the opportunity of the working to the life poor having difficulty in operation by the employment and judge a person performing the knowledge that is necessary for working, the training that is necessary for improvement of the ability, life support, instruction of the health care again whether prefectural governors meet a standard and cancel authorization of the working training business or the authorization [14].
