It is an authentic record suspense drama made from the revolt case by boys who got up in boy restitution center (Norwegian version) of the solitary island bus Toi Island in the Norwegian Oslo fjord (Norwegian version) in 1915 [²].

Story

In 1915, an A ring and two boys called E Val have been accommodated by the boy restitution center in the Norwegian solitary island bus Toi Island (Norwegian version). Boys lived with the director with absolute power there while receiving non-humanitarian treatment.

The A ring which continued taking an always rebellious attitude toward adults at a certain night measures escape. Boys see the act of the A ring as a hero secretly, but the A ring is taken back tragically. On the other hand, E Val who suffered sexual abuse by the blow ten that is dormitory leader drowns itself. The director conceals a fact after having handled suicide of E Val as death by accident by having failed in escape saying that E Val received bullying from other boys.

When Olav of the leader who would do the House which is a graduate as an honor student knows that blow ten thought that I was ousted regarding E Val by the director returned to work, I throw all away and I hit you and hang over the blow ten. Olav put in a cage with the A ring and others where I lent the hand to endures severe cold and outruns you and gets away from the cage by the guide of the servant and corners blow ten. Boys to see the state give vent to past dissatisfaction and wake up a revolt all at once. The blow ten encounters eyes of the half-killing, and directors adults run away from the island.

Boys are going to plan escape in a boat from the island, but the military comes over there and suffers from control. Boys are caught tragically. Uh, ring and two people of Olav cross the sea which froze on the run, and I escape from the hand of the military somehow, but ice is broken, and an A ring falls into the sea. Olav is going to save an A ring desperately, but just sets in the sea calmly when the A ring tells Olav to separate a hand. Olav runs in the sea which froze.

Then long time passes, and Olav stares at the island from a ship.
