Jose Antonio ムニョース (JoséAntonio Muñoz, October 7, 1942 -, Buenos Aires) is an Argentine comic artist, illustrator. A work of the monochrome in particular is well known. His hard-boiled graphic Novell "Alack Sinner" (the Carlos Sampayo original) is one of the main sources of "the Shin city" of the Frank mirror.

Summary

I learned ムニョース under ウーゴ Pratt and Alberto Brescia in bread American Beaux-Arts and worked as an assistant of Francisco Solano Lopez. He moved to Spain followed by Italy, and, in 1972, "Joe's Bar" "Sophie" which was the spin-off work produced biography comics of Billie Holiday comics work "Alack Sinner" of the detective thing in partnership with Argentine writer Carlos サンパージョ (Carlos Sampayo).

His style is characterized by a sharp flight and emphasis (en:chiaroscuro) of the light and shade and an exaggerated sometimes grotesque person image. His style has influence that I am strong in Dave McKean, Warren Pleece, Keith Giffen other than Alberto Brescia that is his teacher.
