Japan Securities Dealers Association (にほんしょうけんぎょうきょうかい British: as for the Japan Securities Dealers Association, abbreviated designation JSDA) is one of association of financial products business business in Japanese Financial Instruments and Exchange Law.

General statement

I am established by all brokerage firms in Japan and registration financial institution (the financial institution which received the registration by the Prime Minister as the financial institution which performed the securities business including a bank and the cooperation organization financial institution).

History

• As an alliance organization bundling up a stockbrokers association of each - prefectures at a national level (1949) in May in 1949, association of Japan Securities Dealers Association society is established.
• I break up association of - Japan Securities Dealers Association society and a stockbrokers association (10 groups) of each place (1973) in July in 1973, and corporate judicial person Japan Securities Dealers Association which is a corporate judicial person in the civil law is established. The employee as the member in this way became each brokerage firm from the stockbrokers association.
• In response to - Securities and Exchange Law having been revised (1992) in July in 1992, I am reorganized by authorization corporation "Japan Securities Dealers Association" in Securities and Exchange Law.
• I consign market administration duties to - JASDAQ Co., Ltd. (2001) in February in 2001.
• I unify - corporate judicial person securities public information center (2005) in April in 2005.
• In response to - Securities and Exchange Law being revised (2007) in September in 2007, and having become Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, it is in association of authorization financial products business work "Japan Securities Dealers Association" in Financial Instruments and Exchange Law.
