- All sections become the route via only the Fukuyama city limits with Fukuyama-shi having incorporated Ashina-gun new city area on February 3, 2003, and place name notation of the origin-destination is changed in addition (Shinichichotode, Ashina-gun → Shinichichotode, Fukuyama-shi)
Route situation
- I do not enter the Tode station square at all to compromise just before the station square of JR Fukuen Line Tode Station while saying "Tode station line" (as for the similar example with Shimane prefectural road 22 Matsue station lines).
- Large car traffic becomes prohibited in the Oshita railroad crossing on the way narrowly generally.
- National highway No. 486 connected in a terminal is made a top and bottom 4 traffic lane, and the right turn approaches from the Ibara area in the daytime to this route and the right turns from this route to the Fuchu area need attention because there is not a signal though there is much traffic besides.
