Because dough fans had to always have the respect for the Pope, ニヨン, ヴァンソブル, the mirabelle remained behind. When ドーフィネ was sold to the French kingdom in 1349, ニヨン became the dough fan territory as the French Dauphin until the French Revolution.
ニヨン spent the times of the exceptional prosperity from the end to the early 15th century in the thirteenth century.
