メーリム county is a county in northern part, Chiang Mai, Thailand (アムプー).

Name
The メー rim means "a rim river" about a river flowing through the county. The rim river is a meaning to be called "the river of the relationship".
History
Originally the county was called クウェーン メーリム, but was renamed to メーリム county (アムプー) in 1914.
Geography
It is in the level ground that the pin river formed, and a mountainous area surrounds the east and west of the county. The main river in the county is a pin river, a rim river, レーム river, サー River.
