セクオイトールデヒドロゲナーゼ (sequoyitol dehydrogenase) is an oxidation-reduction enzyme catalyzing the next chemical reaction.
According to the equation, as for the substrate of this enzyme, 5-O- methyl-myo-inositol and NAD+, a product are 2D-5-O- methyl -2,3,5/4,6- pentahydroxy cyclohexanone and NADH and H+.
The organization name is 5-O-methyl-myo-inositol:NAD+ oxidoreductase, and another name has D-pinitol dehydrogenase.
