みだらしだんご

The dumpling which is eaten in みだらしだんごは, the Hida, Gifu district. It is a skewer dumpling, kind of the soy sauce dumpling.
I merely say "みだらし" without adding "a dumpling" to a name. It is often eaten like a light meal rather than a cake in the hometown. Similar dumpling is founded around South Gifu and Nagoya, Aichi, and "I do it if I see it", and と may be called.
Characteristic
- I add water and hot water to rice flour and knead it and, with the rice cake-formed thing which it is sultry and rounded small, it is different by a shop, but spits five basically. The dumpling is approximately 3-5cm in diameter.
