ラテ art or the coffee art lets you do a design made on the drink which assumes espresso basics by barista.

Such a design is usually made with two kinds of methods, and those combinations may be sometimes used.

The first method handles descent from milk going out of the pitcher (milk pitcher) and puts it in espresso (known as free pore (free pour), ラテ art). A rose decoration and a leaf, a picture of the heart are included in the general design by this free pore.

I settle the second method using a thermometer (needle bit contralateral with the indication board) and model version and powder, other tools including the bubble of the milk (this is known as "etching"). I use the thermometer needle like a writing brush by the calligraphy (I attach only some black espresso extract and use it like India ink by the calligraphy). I call this design cappuccino and am distinguished from ラテ art.

Though it is cappuccino and cafe Mocha, a part of the expression of the espresso Japanese cypress art, most of ラテ art are usually seen in cafe latte from a ratio of milk making a bubble well. As the popularity of the drink of the espresso-based high quality rose, the decoration technology of the ラテ art also progressed.

Meeting

Popularity to ラテ art and the artistic expression in the cup increased, and the meeting that experts (barista) competed for the skill of the ラテ art all over the world has begun to be performed. It is recommended that primarily I think about quality of espresso and the milk which I steamed before considering it in a meeting of the ラテ art and the discussion of barista how you complete a drink using art to get a lot of looks to specialists in ラテ art.
