The Scottish guitarist that the Alexander young people (Alexander Young, from December 28, 1938 to August 4, 1997), also known as Alex young people (Alex Young) were active as a session musician mainly. Another name, George Alexander (George Alexander).

Career

It was a friend of the Beatles, and, in the summer of 1967, the young people made a contract as apple music publishing and the songwriter whom there was at Baker street 94 through Terry grease paint (Terry Doran) which did the managerial class of the apple in those days. The grease paint became the manager of the grapefruit later. This contract was based on "Lullaby for a Lazy Day" which was the work of young people having been in favor with a member of the John Lennon beginning Beatles. (from a possession personal posthumously of Lennon, tape of this music is found later.)

The grapefruit caught some support from the Beatles, and two pieces of album "Around Grapefruit" released "Deep Water" and seven pieces of singles from 1968 through 1969. At the announcement press conference of debut single "Dear Delilah" performed on January 17, 1968, the form that the Beatles introduced a grapefruit to was taken. This music rose to the 21st place with a singles chart of the U.K. in February, 1968. Paul McCartney supervised a promotion film of music "Elevator" of the grapefruit, but this was not announced after all. John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison are present at the recording of the grapefruit and might help me, but the producer is not at a stage of the recording, and this is because the contract with the recordmaker was undecided. However, at late time of 1969, the grapefruit became the dissolution state, and only young people remained as a session musician in the music industry.

Band AC/DC of younger brothers recorded "I'm a Rebel" which young people wrote in 1976, but did not lead to release. Band, accept of Germany take up this music later.

The young people were belonging to a grapefruit, and, in 1971, they released single "Sha-Sha / Universal Party" with Harry vanda with George young people.

The son of young people, the Stevie young people become a musician, too and, on the United States tour of AC/DC of 1988, go on the stage as a substitute of Malcolm.
