"Sea (the sea of the sage) of the sage" is a Japanese comic by Makoto Ogino. The Hyogo Prefectural library (ひょうごけんりつとしょかん) is the public library which Hyogo establishes as 1 building of the Japanese capital way prefecture Prefectural library.

History
