A lifetime

In 70 BC or 69 BC, the former king died and his son Fréthis III got to the throne. Shortly before 1970 BC, we asked Fréthus 3 for assistance to counter the situation, and in return we offered "the seventy valleys" and the northern part. Mitridates VI suggested to attack Mesopotamia while flying to Fréthus III with his ally towards the kingdom of Armenia, trying to break from food. After obtaining victory, Lucrus knew about this negotiation and dispatched some ally to Frates III. And since it showed a mind-boggling attitude to Mithridates VI and Tiglanes II, they both felt that he promised support. When the reply of Fréss III arrived at Lucrus who was in, Rukurus dispatched Sekkutirius as an envoy to continue negotiations. Fratus III doubted that his mission was dispatched to explore the movement of Parthia. Ultimately Fréthis III did not give any aid to diplomacy either. Both Mithridates VI and Tiglanes II are exhausted by long-term warfare, so we thought that it was no longer dangerous, and we decided to invade Parthia. He ordered Sonatius to bring the army from Pontos to Gordierné, but the soldiers refused to move and even threatened to abandon Pontos in all. The troops that Lucrus was led on receiving this news also caused a riot so that Rukurus could not help abandoning Parthia expedition and instead targeted Argea King King Tigranes II.

In 66 BC, the successor of Lucrus was nominated by the law based on the proposal of Roman guardian militia Manilius. He immediately signed an agreement with Fratus III and made sure that Parthia would keep neutrality as far as that alliance. However, the son of Tiglanes II son Smigranes failed to rebel against his father and asked for protection as Fréss III. Smithithn asked Fréss III to invade the area dominated by Tyglanes II of Armenia. Since Fratus III had an agreement with Pompey, he hesitated for a while, but accepted the request silently. Meanwhile, Mitridates VI who got information that Parthia and Rome had signed an agreement started negotiations to reach a general meeting. The Party army advanced to Altakusata (Altashat). However, when Fratus III knows that the siege is going to be quite prolonged, he will leave the detachment team to Smith Lithanes and return home. Tigranath II brought it out and defeated his son. Smith Lithanes tried to seek refuge in Pontus' s Mitridates V, but it felt that Mitridates VI was as helpless as himself, probably favored by Fréthus III and came to Roman general Pompey's mercy. Tigranath II surrendered to Pompey, feeling that it was impossible to resist even more, as Smith Liganes served as a guide for Pompeyus who was advancing Arutaxatta already. This gave Sigignanes Sofine and Gordierie. However, after the dispute took place, when Pompey captured the small lithane, Fréss III took a little while to take the Gordiener. Then sent an envoy to Pompey, asking for the return of small lithane and the boundary between Parthia and Rome. In response, Pompey asked for the return of Gordiener and refused to hand over the small Ligranes. Soon the Gordiener was returned to Armenia.

In 58 BC or 57 BC, Fratus III was killed by his son.
