Giving Pledge
Giving Pledge(The Giving Pledge, Declaration of Contribution Pledge) is an enlightenment activity initiated by the chairman's couple and investors in June 2010. It tries to encourage wealthy donation by allowing asset owners to declare "pledge" that donates more than half of their assets to charity activities before or after death. Participants write a "letter of covenant" and make it public on the web, but the pledge is not legal, and it is not confirmed whether the amount of donation or actually donated. As of September 2015, 150 pledgees registered.
