Rilapus

The painting 'The Death of Proclis' (). Rilapus is next to Prokris.

Rilapus(:Λαῖλαψ, Lailaps) is a dog appearing in.

This dog is declared destined to never escape any prey, it is said that it was a king's treasure with a spear that never removes targeted prey. According to one theory it was originally a dog made for himself, Zeus gave it this with a spear, and Europe was given to his son, Minnose. However it is often said that it was a treasure.

The king 's daughter got Lilapse and spear from Minnose or Artemis when he had a husband and gave it to her husband as he made up with Ceparus.

Later, I had to get rid of the troubles, but this fecal fox was destined to not be caught by anyone, so ampitrion depended on Keeparos with Lilapse. So in exchange for the war with Tapos I brought Rilapus to the Tabi and hunted the foxes, but the fox could not escape and the Lilapse could catch the fox Nevertheless, I kept chasing endlessly. Or I almost caught a fox. Zeus saw this, he said that Rilapus missed the prey and that the fox was caught, which was contrary to destiny, so they turned them into stones.
